Ladytron - Peel SessionThe first and technically only Peel Session from Ladytron from 2001, though I think they did a live set the year after for him. Their first album (604) was pretty much one of the best albums of the last decade for me. You knew what it was drawing upon but it still had a sound of it's own. As they've went on they've kinda grew closer to a lot of the other electronic bands of the day so I drifted away but 604 will always be worth a spin or ten.
Oh yes, the session. Discotraxx, Another Breakfast With You, Holiday 601 and Zmeyka. Probably not in that order. Grand stuff.

Wow, thanks, I had no idea they'd done a Peel sesh. Am a big fan of the first 2 Ladytron LPs, especially Light & Magic, but GOD did they lose "it" quickly thereafter!
I dunno, I remember really looking forward to Light & Magic, got hold of an advanced copy and kinda felt a bit "meh" afterward. Not a terrible album, but missing something the first had.
I do actually like LIght & Magic, but everything after that is absolutely abysmal I reckon, really disappointing...
