A bit of Divine Comedy I think, as it's summer and all. The first of the two "Indulgence" picture discs from 1993, this features two covers (Hate My Way from Throwing Muses and better yet, Untitled Melody from Orange Juice) and finishes off with a remix of Europe By Train.

From 1986, the third (I think) single from Belgium's Poésie Noir. From round about the same time as A Split Second but tended to veer more towards new wave/synth pop than the harder EBM stuff.

"She'll be looking at your trying to detect, all the little things your wife neglects". Haunting, slightly overblown kitchen sink synth pop for your listening enjoyment.

Also: Bit of synth brass. Fuck yeah.

A classic guitar pop single from Dislocation Dance on the doubly classic New Hormones label. Later work would see them move into a Jazz influenced direction, which to be fair, wasn't half bad at times. But I digress, because what we've got here is pure undiluted 100% pop that'll make you go blind.
